1. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, participants must submit a written request within a 60 days before the training program start date.
2. Non-Refundable Fees
Certain fees may be non-refundable such as registration fees, materials fees, or service charges.
3. Cancellation Policy
If a participant cancels their registration:
- More than 59 days before the start date: Full refund minus any non-refundable fees.
- less than 59-30 days before the start date: 85% refund minus any non-refundable fees.
- Less than 30 days before the start date: No refund will be issued.
4. Rescheduling Policy
Participants may request to reschedule their training session once without penalty if the request is made at least 60 days in advance. Additional rescheduling requests may incur a fee.
5. Transfers
Participants may transfer their registration to another individual for no additional charge as long as the request is made at least 60 days before the training program begins and the second particiapnt already has a visa where applicable.
6. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within a 60 business days to the original payment method.
7. Events Canceled by the Company
If the training company cancels a course, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future course.
8. Force Majeure
The training company shall not be held liable for any refunds if the training is canceled or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, government regulations).
9. Incomplete Training
Participants who do not complete the training for any reason will not be entitled to a refund for the remaining sessions.
10. Changes to Terms
The training company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes at least 30 days prior to enactment.
11. No Refund
Where an applicant has received a visa processed with the document including the event such as invitation letters, there will be no refund of the registration fee.
12.Visa Refused
Where an applicant has been refused visa and does not intend to reapply, there will be a full refund less 35% of non-refundable fees.
